1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TwinSpeak ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Voice Ownership
You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit rights to any voice samples you upload. You must not upload voice recordings of another person without their informed written consent. By submitting a voice sample, you attest that you have the legal right to use that voice for voice cloning.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Impersonate public figures, celebrities, or any person without their consent
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading audio content
- Produce non-consensual intimate audio of any person
- Generate political disinformation or synthetic media intended to deceive voters
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4. DMCA & Rights Holder Contact
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us at legal@twinspeak.ai. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and remove infringing content.
5. Limitation of Liability
TwinSpeak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinSpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
Privacy Policy

- Account information: email address, name, OAuth profile data
- Audio data: uploaded voice samples and generated audio output
- Session data: session cookies for authentication
- Usage data: generation history and service interactions

- Account management and authentication
- Delivering voice cloning services
- Abuse prevention and service integrity
- Improving the quality and performance of the Service
3. Data Storage
Audio files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Account metadata and generation history are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. Both are secured with access controls and encryption at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure) only as necessary to operate the Service.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting legal@twinspeak.ai. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies only for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
